Mango Salad

Material

  •   300 grams of meat raw mango, cut length of 0.5 cm thick
  •   150 grams of sugar
  •   2 teaspoons of salt
  •   2 tablespoons lemon juice
How to Make
  •  Marinate mango with salt, let stand for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
  •  Beat in sugar, salt, and lemon juice.
  •  Let stand in refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
