Yellow Rice Recipe
Materials
- 3/4 rice
- 1/4 sticky
- coconut milk
- Air Turmeric
- Lemon Water
- salt
- bay
- pandan leaves
- stem lemongrass
- lime leaves
How to make:
- Rinse rice (sticky rice and rice) then drain.
- Grated turmeric and take the water.
- Squeeze lemon and take the water.
- Enter turmeric water and lemon juice into the rice, give additional water.
- Soak overnight, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
- Drain the rice the next day, then steamed 1/2 hour.
- Prepare coconut milk that has been given salt, lime leaves, stalks lemongrass, pandan leaves, and bay leaf and boil briefly.
- Pick up the rice in the steamer and moved into another pot.
- Enter coconut milk stew and leaves into the rice, stir with a wooden spoon to use.
- Cook the rice which has stirred again with the coconut milk into a saucepan earlier.
- Cook again for 3/4 hour.
