4 pieces of toast bagel (ready made), cut 2 parts
200 grams prawns, peeled, leaving tail
1/2 teaspoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1 tablespoon margarine for sauteing
3 pieces of lettuce
1/2 pieces of cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 plum tomatoes, cut 4 parts
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Sauce Ingredients:
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon parsley, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon dill, finely chopped
How to make:
* Sauce, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, parsley, and dill. Set aside.
* Marinate the shrimp with lime juice, salt and pepper. Heat margarine. Saute until cooked.
* Rub a bagel with butter. Arrange shrimp. Spread sauce. Add lettuce, cucumber, and tomato.
* Cover with another bagel.
