Materials
- 1 packet gelatin white
- 700 ml milk white
- 200 ml of water
- 12 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
- pinch of salt
- fruit, to taste
How to Make Fruit Pudding:
- Blend until smooth fruit selected
- Add water and sugar and stir well or in a blender in order to really mix. Combine fruit with sugar water and stir well.
- Prepare a pot, put milk and fruit and simmer over medium heat. Put a little salt, stirring, stirring.
- After about 15 minutes, remove and insert it into the pudding mold.
- Let steam until they run out first, then put in the refrigerator. Once the pudding is formed, ready to be served.
